Initiate Your Return
Log in to your STB.co.uk account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
